Over 3+ years of progressive leadership, he has built, managed, and scaled sales teams of up to 70 reps — driving consistent pipeline growth, exceeding sales targets, and delivering measurable revenue results across Final Expense, Medicare, Mortgage, and B2B. With a Master's degree in Project Management and a career defined by closing deals and developing top-performing sales talent, Osama founded OmniHive Ops on one core belief: the best sales partner isn't someone who manages from a distance — it's someone who has done the work, knows the grind, and understands what it takes to convert a prospect into a customer.
